The Categorizer analyzes documents according to their content and categorizes them accordingly in up to 30 categories, including arts, science, history, philosophy, religion, politics, etc, and over 500 sub-categories, in order to ensure accuracy. The Categorizer is easy to use, and does not require prior knowledge of the Arabic language and its grammar. Documents are categorized automatically when the Categorizer is run.

The Categorizer fully integrates with Microsoft Word 97/2000 and can smoothly process all the document types supported by Microsoft Word including DOC, TXT, HTML, RTF, etc. The program is available from either the flying toolbar or the menu, and is capable of processing both Arabic and English text files efficiently. The Categorizer is also available with both Arabic and English interfaces.

The Categorizer can handle common Arabic spelling mistakes (Hamza, Yaa and Haa). If any of these mistakes are included in the processed file, the Categorizer will recognize the correct word.

The Categorizer is based on Sakhr's accumulated research in Natural Language Processing, NLP, and Morphological Analysis over the past ten years.
