included in the online catalog even though they are not shipping. If an item is not yet
available (or recently depleted from our stock)
we will use our best efforts to give you the anticipated delivery date when you place an
order. Anticipated delivery dates are based
upon information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change without
notice.Every product we bring to you online will be backed by technical and
performance-based data to help you make the intelligent

The (AramediA ) Return
Authorization Number (RMA) with the following information:
- Original order number (if possible)
- Unopened Title being returned
- Reason for return
- Your name and daytime phone number
- Your e-mail address
We will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding
shipping, handling and a 25% re-stocking charges.
Refunds on Non US Dollar Credit Cards may NOT be equal to original US Dollar charge, due
to the Credit Card company's Market
Exchange Rate. The difference, on the particular date of the refund, and the amount are
determined by the International Exchange
Market, NOT AramediA.
NOTE: All Translation software, Special Order, and Microsoft
localized version products are not refundable.
No Returns on All Open Software Packages.
You must return the undamaged product at your expense, including all its packaging
and documentation, the blank
warranty card (if available). Shipping fee is never
refunded, ALL returned products are subject
to a 25% re-stocking fee.
All items we sell come with our 14-day Guarantee Against Defects . If your
product is defective in any way, all you have to do is
send us an Email for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Defective software will be
replaced upon receipt of the defective product.
Defective software will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. In order to speed
repair or replacement of certain products, we
have made special arrangements for our customers to deal directly with the manufacturer.
These products will be identified when
you call to get your Return Authorization Number (RMA). We will, of course, stand behind
our Guarantee and, if you have any questions
regarding our arrangements with the manufacturer, please send us an Email or call us at

Any
lost, misplaced by Courier, undelivered package, wholly or partially damaged, during
delivery, is not the responsibility of
AramediA.
A claim
with the shipper, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, for example, will be filed by the recipient or by us on
recipient's behalf. A replacement will
only be shipped upon payment and NOT in lieu of
lost package, which becomes an Insurance Claim.
Please remember to back up all of your data before installing any new software,
software, or peripherals; we can
not be responsible for any lost of data.

It is assumed that each package is for a SINGLE USER,
possibly and not necessarily, on one computer, unless
otherwise specified by the manufacturer, who may use one technology or another to protect

their intellectual property. All single package software Prices are per SEAT or USER for
each application, unless
clearly specified. Some software may not work on both of your Laptop and Desktop, once
installed on one PC, it
may not be installed on another PC.

Some International Non-USA Credit Cards may require a scan/photocopy/Xerox of the Card
holder's Identification,
Driver's License, or Passport; and the Credit Card (Front and Back). This is to protect
the Card Holder and AramediA from
Fraud and unauthorized use of the credit card. AramediA is NOT responsible for your country's
Customs Duties, VAT, or Tax, nor
any shipping, handling, and insurance fees. All Orders outside the Continental
United States of America are considered
"International Orders".
AramediA is not responsible for any Customs Duties, Fees, VAT, or taxes imposed by your
country. You are obliged to accept
the package and pay your country's taxes or any fees
for handling by the courier, who may clear Customs, on your behalf, and
bill you
later. If
the package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the shipping cost and
Restocking Fees.

We ask you to be understanding, we do our BEST, and sometimes, FedEx,
UPS, and USPS, may delay delivery or lose packages, AramediA will stand
by the buyers, we assume responsibility NOT blame.
Depending on your purchase value
and location, AramediA
may ship via either USPS, FedEx or UPS who guarantee delivery, not
AramediA.
Generally we offer the following shipping methods, for your convenience.
Shipping, insurance, and handling are included in the total cost of
purchase. Destinations outside of USA may require recipient to pay
additional Fees, Customs Duties, Taxes, VAT, or Clearing Courier's
Handling Charges. Courier may bill buyer directly, it is required that
buyers pays this charge which is NOT covered in our Shipping and
Handling (S&H) fee already paid to Amazon upon placing the order:
1- FedEx and UPS are better
guaranteed and insurable delivery, not withstanding your country's
Customs delays. FedEx/UPS are more reliable in delivery, tracking, and
loss claims. We help file claims with them on your behalf.
2- APO/FPO addresses: United States
Postal Service (USPS) Global and/or Priority Mail are not trackable, you
are responsible for the merchandise and shipping cost, regardless, if
you receive it or Not. We only guarantee Shipping Receipt, Not Delivery.
USPS Priority Mail is used for APO/FPO shipments. USPS Global Priority
Mail will be used for Low Priced items destined overseas. Price includes
Handling and Transacting with US Postal Service, not destination's
Customs.
In case of shipment loss or delay, a replacement will only be shipped
upon payment and NOT in lieu of lost or delayed package. All due credit
will be issued upon recovery of insured items. If you are in a hurry and
do not wish to wait for the claim process, YOU MUST PAY AGAIN FOR
ANOTHER SHIPMENT OF THE SAME ITEM. ONCE LOST ITEM(S) RECOVERED, OR,
INSURANCE CLAIM PAID, ONLY THEN, A (FULL OR PARTIAL) REFUND WILL BE
ISSUED.
AramediA
is not responsible for any Customs Duties, Fees, VAT, or taxes imposed
by your country. You are obliged to accept the package and pay your
country's taxes or any fees paid by the courier, who may clear Customs,
on your behalf, and bill you later, for any incurred expenses.
If the package is returned to us, for any reason, you are still
responsible for the bidirectional shipping cost (to you and back to us),
and 25% Restocking Fees.
Important:
In case of package loss, AramediA is NOT responsible, but, we will do our best to file the
claim and to follow up with the carrier,
and/or insurance company, on your behalf. A claim, with the shipper, FedEx or USPS for
example, will be filed by the recipient
(Buyer), or possibly by us. A replacement will NOT be shipped, unless paid for AGAIN (even
if temporarily), and not in lieu of the
lost package. Once an insurance settlement is reached, and/or package located and
returned, all due credits to the buyer are refunded.

Discover, American Express. Your credit card may be
charged prior to item being shipped (no surcharge).
Applicable sales tax (5%) will be added

AramediA accepts purchase orders from Fortune
1000 companies, educational institutions, and government agencies.
All purchase order terms are Net 15 days. Please fax your purchase order to
1-781-849-2922. Reseller's or Tax Exempt
certificates should be sent by fax at the time the order is placed to avoid sales tax
charges.Purchase orders from major corporations (Fortune 1000), educational
institutions, and government agencies will be processed
immediately. Other businesses must fax a list of current credit references along with the
purchase order. We will usually process
the order within 24 hours. Prepayment may be required for first time orders or for
companies outside the US.
We also accept purchase orders from non-profit organizations. In some cases we will
require credit references. Please fax
your PO, we will contact you if we need further info.
Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price

be the price that you are charged. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in
